Ingredients

Flours

  • 164 g farinha de trigo
  • 137 g farinha de trigo integral fina
  • 9 g melhorador para massa de pizza
  • 9 g gordura vegetal hidrogenada
  • 4.5 g sal refinado
  • 3 g fermento biológico seco instantâneo
  • 170 g água

Instructions 

  • Misture all ingredients except water. Mix well.
  • Add water gradually, kneading until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  • Shape the dough as desired. Cover and let ferment for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 230-250°C. Bake with a water tray below for the first 15 minutes, then continue until golden and hollow.
  • Cool on a rack before serving.
