Delight in this sweet, chocolate and coconut-filled bread, perfect for a special treat or breakfast.

Dough

Instructions
Mix all sponge ingredients, cover, and ferment for 35 minutes.
Dissolve milk powder in warm water.
Add sugar, milk mixture, salt, and gradually add flour in 3 parts, then incorporate softened butter and knead for 5 minutes.
Let the dough rise until nearly doubled, about 20-25 minutes.
Mix white and milk chocolates. Roll out dough to 60x30cm, spread butter, distribute chocolates, and sprinkle coconut.
Roll the dough lengthwise, cut into 4cm slices, and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 25 minutes.
Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes, then lower to 180°C and bake until golden. Optionally, brush with melted butter.
Notes
Ensure the dough is not too sticky for easier rolling.
