Enjoy a refreshing matcha ice pop with a creamy white chocolate shell, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Water and Matcha Mixture

  • 30 g grams água (quente, 80-90℃)
  • 12 g grams matcha (chá verde em pó) (veja observação)

Cream and Milk Mixture

  • 200 g grams creme de leite UHT (17-25% gordura)
  • 225 g grams leite condensado (8% gordura)
  • 100 g grams leite (desnatado ou integral)
  • 5 g grams essência de baunilha

Chocolate Branco

  • 300 g grams chocolate branco (gotas ou barra picada)
  • 40 g grams óleo de coco (sem sabor; veja observação)
  • 6 g grams matcha (chá verde em pó) (veja observação)

Instructions 

  • Prepare two 3-cavity molds (90mL each) with sticks and set aside.
  • Misture 30g hot water with 12g matcha and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Blend cream, condensed milk, milk, and vanilla for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into molds and freeze for at least 8 hours, preferably 24 hours.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality matcha and white chocolate.
