  • 1 recipe Massa de Torta

Filling

  • 2 pieces Maçãs Fuji/Gala (350g bruto)
  • 1 piece Maçã verde (240g bruto)
  • 0.5 teaspoon canela em pó ((cerca de 1,5g))
  • 0.5 teaspoon gengibre em pó ((cerca de 1g))
  • 0.25 teaspoon noz-moscada ralada na hora ((cerca de 0,5g))
  • 10 mL extrato de baunilha ((ou 5mL essência))
  • 0.5 cup açúcar mascavo (25g)
  • 0.25 cup farinha de trigo (15g)

Cake

  • 1 recipe Bolo de Baunilha
  • 1 teaspoon canela em pó ((cerca de 3g))
  • 1 teaspoon gengibre em pó ((cerca de 2g))
  • 0.25 teaspoon noz-moscada ralada na hora ((cerca de 0,5g))

Instructions 

  • Prepare the tart crust as per recipe and set aside.
  • Peel and slice apples, then mix with spices and sugar.
  • Layer apple filling inside the tart crust.
  • Prepare vanilla cake batter and pour over the apple filling.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes or until golden.
