Ingredients

Filling

  • 200 g banana passa (picada)
  • 25 mL água (fervente)
  • 0.5 g canela em pó (menos que 1/4 c.chá ou a gosto)
  • 300 g geleia de Morango
  • 150 g morango congelado (picado)
  • 0.5 mL extrato de baunilha (opcional)

Dough

  • 180 g farinha de trigo
  • 25 g açúcar refinado
  • 1.5 g sal refinado
  • 110 g manteiga sem sal (gelada; em cubos)
  • 20-40 mL água (gelada com gelo) (1-2 colheres de sopa)
  • 100 g mistura para glacê real

Optional toppings

Instructions 

  • Prepare the filling by cooking banana, water, and cinnamon until thickened. Mix with strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
  • Roll out dough, cut into rectangles, and fill with the fruit mixture. Seal edges.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden. Decorate as desired.
