  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)

  • 0.5 head cauliflower (washed)
  • 4 medium potatoes (peeled)
  • 1 egg egg
  • 200 mL whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 150 g Grana Padano cheese (grated)
  • to taste refined salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • to taste nutmeg (grated)

Instructions 

  • Season the prime rib with garlic, salt, and pepper. Roast until desired doneness.
  • Steam or boil cauliflower until tender, then mash with butter, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Boil potatoes until soft, mash with butter, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  • Assemble cauliflower mash on toast, top with sliced prime rib, and sprinkle with cheese.
