A decadent Brazilian dessert combining smoky milk, white caramelized chocolate, and a smooth pudding texture.
Ingredients

white caramelized chocolate

Manteiga sem sal ( para untar)
unsalted butter (for greasing)
Instructions
Grease ramekins with butter.
Melt the caramelized white chocolate and layer it in the ramekins.
Mix the milks, sugar, and leftover chocolate (15-20g).
Warm slightly to melt sugar, do not boil.
Beat eggs until well combined.
Add milk mixture to eggs, mix until smooth.
Strain the mixture.
Pour into ramekins, cover with plastic wrap or foil.
Cook in a water bath for 18-20 mins on low heat, then chill for at least 4 hours.
Unmold and serve cold or slightly warmed.
Notes
Ensure the water bath is hot enough to cook evenly.
