A delicious Brazilian-inspired dessert combining panettone and caramel in a creamy pudding.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Combine sugar and water; cook until amber caramel forms (~7 min).
Add cream carefully; stir quickly.
Mix in milk, whisky, vanilla; remove from heat.
Cool for 5-7 min, then add eggs and mix.
Pour over chopped panettone.
Bake for 25-30 min; cool slightly, dust with sugar if desired.
Serve warm, room temperature, or chilled.
Notes
Ensure caramel is cooked to a deep amber for best flavor.
