A creamy and delicious Brazilian-style flan made with Yakult and sweetened condensed milk, offering a tangy twist on a classic dessert.

Ingredients

Canned ingredients

  • 13.9 oz leite condensado (8% gordura; sem lactose; 1 lata/caixa)
  • 8.1 oz leite fermentado (usei yakult)
  • 5.3 oz leite semidesnatado (sem lactose)
  • 3 units ovos
  • 0.3 oz extrato de baunilha (ou 2-3mL essência de baunilha)
  • 3.5 oz açúcar cristal
  • 1.7 oz água

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a caramel-coated mold.
  • Bake in a water bath at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes or until set.
  • Allow to cool, then refrigerate before serving.

Notes

For a smoother texture, strain the mixture before baking.
