Delicious and healthy oatmeal cookies with a hint of cocoa and fruity accents, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

dry ingredients

  • 1.5 cups aveia (rolled oats)
  • 0.5 cup cacau (unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 1 teaspoon aromatizante de avelã (hazelnut flavoring)
  • 0.5 cup passas (raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon canela (ground cinnamon)

flavoring

  • 1 teaspoon aromatizante de maçã (apple flavoring)

Instructions 

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add flavorings and combine well.
  • Form into cookie shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden.

Notes

For a crunchier cookie, bake a few extra minutes.
