A delicious and hearty meal featuring polenta, sardines, fresh salad, and a sweet white chocolate yogurt dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Polenta com farinha de milho pré-cozida
  • 2 tbsp Manteiga
  • 1/2 cup Creme de leite fresco
  • 1/4 cup Parmesão
  • 1/4 cup Queijo colonial
  • 2 fillets Sardinha (cleaned and butterflied)
  • 1 tbsp Gergelim
  • 1 medium Cenoura (cut into strips)
  • 1/2 cup Vinagrete básico
  • 1/2 cup Iogurte de chocolate branco
  • 1/4 cup Castanhas carameladas

Instructions 

  • Prepare the polenta gratin with Parmesan.
  • Clean the sardines, remove head and spine, and butterfly.
  • Cut the carrot into strips for the salad.
  • Season the salad with basic vinaigrette.
  • Assemble the dessert with white chocolate yogurt and caramelized nuts.
