Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking sheet with oil or butter and dust with flour.
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Add blueberries and white chocolate, mixing well.
Whisk milk and egg, then gradually add to dry mixture until dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll dough to 1.5cm thick. Cut into circles or triangles.
Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Serve warm with butter or jam.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the dough to keep scones tender.
