Ingredients

  • 400 g edamame (soja verde na vagem) (fresh or frozen)
  • 30 g salt refined (approximately)
  • water fervente water (boiling water)

Instructions 

  • Remove edamame from pods and rinse thoroughly.
  • Mix salt with edamame and scrub to clean.
  • Bring water to a boil with 4-5g salt, then add edamame.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes, then drain.
  • Rinse with cold water and serve.
