Enjoy a delicious homemade pineapple ice cream without an ice cream maker, perfect for hot days and easy to prepare.

Instructions
Reduce pineapple juice in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes until it reaches 100mL. Cool and refrigerate.
Sauté chopped pineapple with sugar over low heat for 5-6 minutes until soft. Cool completely.
Whip the chilled cream to stiff peaks and refrigerate.
Mix condensed milk, yogurt, and cooled pineapple juice until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
Transfer to a container, fold in cooked pineapple, and freeze for at least 8 hours, stirring after 3-4 hours.
Serve immediately after freezing.
Notes
For best texture, stir the mixture during freezing.
