Ingredients

Tea

  • 2 sachets chá oolong
  • 1 sachet chá de jasmin
  • 15.2 oz água fervente (about 450 mL)
  • 0.9 oz açúcar cristal (25 g)

Instructions 

  • Infuse tea sachets in 12 oz of boiling water for at least 15 minutes.
  • Combine infusion with remaining water to reach 15 oz, add sugar to taste, and stir.
  • Pour into a container, freeze, and break crystals every 30 minutes until firm.
  • Serve with honey if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, process the frozen mixture briefly in a blender before serving.
