Instructions
Infuse tea sachets in 12 oz of boiling water for at least 15 minutes.
Combine infusion with remaining water to reach 15 oz, add sugar to taste, and stir.
Pour into a container, freeze, and break crystals every 30 minutes until firm.
Serve with honey if desired.
Notes
