Ingredients

  • 60 mL whisky (43% álcool)

  • 50 g cacau em pó (100% cacau)

  • 45 g chocolate meio amargo

milk

  • 500 mL leite desnatado

cream

  • 235 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (gelado; tenha mais que 35% gordura | usado: 38% gordura)

additional sugar

  • 100 g açúcar cristal

cream cheese

  • 45 g cream cheese

glucose syrup

  • 41 g glicose líquida (transparente)

cornstarch

  • 11 g amido de milho

salt

  • 0.5 g sal refinado (pitada)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
