Enjoy a creamy, homemade doce de leite ice cream without an ice cream maker, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients
Liquid Glucose

creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (gelado; tenha mais que 35% gordura | usado: 49% gordura)
Instructions
Misture glucose, vanilla, and warm milk until dissolved.
Add the milk mixture to the dulce de leche and mix well.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
Fold about 1/3 of the whipped cream into the dulce de leche mixture.
Mix in the remaining whipped cream thoroughly.
Transfer to a container, freeze for 6-7 hours.
Notes
For best results, use high-fat cream and ensure thorough mixing.
