A refreshing kiwi sorbet with a hint of vodka, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 600 g kiwis (small and ripe)
  • 100 mL water
  • 95 g sugar (crystal sugar)
  • 50 mL vodka

Instructions 

  • Peel and cut kiwis into quarters.
  • Blend kiwis until smooth.
  • Strain the pure to remove seeds, rinse with water.
  • Add sugar and vodka, blend until dissolved.
  • Churn in a ice cream maker following manufacturer instructions.

Notes

For a smoother texture, strain the pure well.
