Enjoy a quick and easy passion fruit ice cream made without an ice cream maker, perfect for a refreshing treat.

passion fruit pulp (seedless)
(about 3 passion fruits, 530g total)

(preferably 45% fat)

(about 1 can)

(vanilla cachaça)
Instructions
Microwave or simmer passion fruit pulp until seeds loosen, then strain to remove seeds. Let cool.
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and refrigerate.
Mix condensed milk and yogurt until smooth.
Add vodka (if using) and passion fruit pulp. Mix well.
Fold in whipped cream and optional seeds. Transfer to container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Serve after freezing. Enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, freeze longer, up to 12 hours.
