A refreshing strawberry, yogurt, and rose ice cream perfect for hot days. Easy to prepare at home with natural ingredients.

550gstrawberries (without green part)(bruto: 650g)
150gcrystal sugar
0.25tsptahitian lemon juice
2-4tbsprose water(depends on taste, used 3 tbsp)
200mLfirm curd
100mLflavorless yogurt(firm type)
Instructions
Chop the cleaned strawberries into equal pieces and place in a bowl. Add sugar, rose water, and lemon juice. Mix well, cover, and let rest for at least 1 hour.
Mix curd and yogurt with the strawberries. Blend until smooth and creamy. For chunks, set aside some strawberries before blending and add after.
Cool the mixture for 1 hour in the fridge. Then, churn in an ice cream maker or freeze, stirring every 1.5 hours to break ice crystals.
Before serving, remove from freezer a few minutes early. Enjoy this refreshing treat!
Notes
Adjust rose water to taste for a more floral flavor.
