Delicious Brazilian version of the classic chocolate biscuit, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup açúcar
  • 2 1/2 cups farinha de trigo
  • 1/2 cup gordura vegetal
  • 2 tablespoons cacau em pó
  • 1 cup extrato de morango
  • 1 cup proteína do soro do leite (contém leite)
  • 1/2 cup xarope de frutose
  • 1 teaspoon corantes (caramelo III – processo amônia, eritrosina E127)
  • 1 teaspoon extrato de malte
  • 1/2 teaspoon sal
  • 1 teaspoon emulsificante (lecitina de soja E322)
  • 1 teaspoon fermento químico (bicarbonato de sódio E500)

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients, add fats and liquids, then shape into biscuits and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
