Torta de Chocolate Super Cremosa

A rich and creamy chocolate tart with a crunchy biscuit crust, perfect for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 200 g bolacha maisena (triturada)
  • 100 g manteiga sem sal (derretida)

Filling

  • 40 g amido de milho
  • 350 mL leite integral
  • 200 g creme de leite UHT (17-20% gordura)
  • 150 g açúcar refinado
  • 100 g chocolate em pó (50% cacau)
  • 35 g manteiga sem sal
  • 125 g chocolate meio amargo (picado)
  • 125 g chocolate ao leite (picado)

Instructions 

  • Misture crushed cookies with melted butter until sandy.
  • Press mixture into a 21cm (8-inch) pan to form crust; chill if desired.
  • Dissolve cornstarch in 50mL milk in a pot.
  • Add remaining milk, cream, sugar, cocoa, butter, and chocolates; cook until thickened (~5-7 min).
  • Cook for 1 more minute after thickening.
  • Pour filling into crust; optional sifting before chilling.
  • Chill for 3 hours or until firm; serve with chocolate and whipped cream.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
