A rich and creamy chocolate tart with a crunchy biscuit crust, perfect for chocolate lovers.

Instructions
Misture crushed cookies with melted butter until sandy.
Press mixture into a 21cm (8-inch) pan to form crust; chill if desired.
Dissolve cornstarch in 50mL milk in a pot.
Add remaining milk, cream, sugar, cocoa, butter, and chocolates; cook until thickened (~5-7 min).
Cook for 1 more minute after thickening.
Pour filling into crust; optional sifting before chilling.
Chill for 3 hours or until firm; serve with chocolate and whipped cream.
