A delicious layered dessert combining yogurt, fruits, and a tangy passion fruit syrup, perfect for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Base and Topping

  • 275 g granola
  • 70 g manteiga sem sal (derretida) (melted butter)
  • 20 g mel (suave, flor de laranjeira)
  • 340 g iogurte sem sabor (2 pots of 170g each)
  • 340 g coalhada desnatada sem sabor (2 pots of 170g each)
  • 100 g chocolate branco (derretido) (white chocolate, melted)
  • 75 g mel suave (flor de laranjeira)
  • 25 mL água
  • 6 g gelatina em pó (incolor e sem sabor)

Fruits and Syrup

  • 700 g ameixa vermelha (about 6 units)
  • 2 units kiwis
  • 120 g maracujá azedo (polpa) (about 1 cup)
  • 150 mL água
  • 150 g açúcar cristal
  • 25 mL extrato de baunilha (opcional)

Instructions 

  • Prepare the crust by mixing granola with melted butter and honey, then press into a pan and chill.
  • Mix yogurt, coalhada, melted white chocolate, honey, and vanilla, then pour over the crust.
  • Chop and arrange the fruits on top of the yogurt layer.
  • Prepare the passion fruit syrup by dissolving gelatin in hot water, then adding passion fruit pulp, sugar, and remaining water. Chill and pour over the assembled dessert before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving.
