A rich and creamy chocolate mousse cake with a crunchy biscuit base, perfect for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Base

  • 200 g bolacha maisena
  • 10 g cacau em pó
  • 100 g manteiga sem sal (derretida) (melted)

Chocolate Layer

  • 200 g chocolate meio amargo (derretido) (melted)
  • 200 g açúcar cristal
  • 3 units ovos (can be cold)
  • 100 g manteiga sem sal (temperatura ambiente, 25-30°C) (room temperature)

Creams

  • 200 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (gelado; >35% fat)
  • 300 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (gelado; >35% fat; optional) (optional)
  • 50 g chocolate meio amargo (opcional) (optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and cocoa, press into a pan to form the base.
  • Melt chocolate and mix with sugar and eggs, then fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour the mousse over the base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill the dessert thoroughly for best results.
