Delight in these elegant white chocolate truffles infused with rose and decorated with edible rose petals.

Instructions
Remove any hard parts from rose petals and chop them finely.
Heat cream in microwave for 20-30 seconds, add chopped rose petals, and mix. Set aside.
Melt white chocolate in microwave for about 1 minute 50 seconds, stirring until smooth.
Combine rose-infused cream with melted chocolate, gradually add rose water and optional coloring.
Chill mixture for 20-30 minutes until firm, then form into small balls and coat with rose petals or dip in white chocolate.
Notes
Keep the truffles refrigerated until serving for best texture.
