Delight in these elegant white chocolate truffles infused with rose and decorated with edible rose petals.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 50 g heavy cream (UHT, 20% fat)
  • 10 mL rose water (approximately)
  • 3 g dried edible rose petals
  • as needed edible rose petals for decoration
  • a small amount pink gel food coloring (optional)

Instructions 

  • Remove any hard parts from rose petals and chop them finely.
  • Heat cream in microwave for 20-30 seconds, add chopped rose petals, and mix. Set aside.
  • Melt white chocolate in microwave for about 1 minute 50 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  • Combine rose-infused cream with melted chocolate, gradually add rose water and optional coloring.
  • Chill mixture for 20-30 minutes until firm, then form into small balls and coat with rose petals or dip in white chocolate.

Notes

Keep the truffles refrigerated until serving for best texture.
