  • 2 pieces limões taiti (suco e as raspas) (Use both juice and zest)
  • 250 g açúcar cristal
  • 150 mL óleo vegetal
  • 3 units ovos (Pode estar gelado)
  • 110 g iogurte sem sabor (Pode estar gelado)
  • 250 g farinha de trigo
  • 10 g fermento químico em pó
  • 3 g sal refinado
  • 20 g semente de papoula (opcional)
  • 100 g açúcar de confeiteiro impalpável
  • 10 mL suco de limão taiti
  • 10 mL água

Instructions 

  • Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC. Unte uma forma de 20x20cm com óleo e forre com papel manteiga, deixando sobra nas laterais.
  • Retire as raspas de limão antes de espremer para obter cerca de 60mL de suco. Reserve.
