Fudge de Chocolate Branco Caramelizado
A creamy and crunchy white caramelized chocolate fudge with toasted almonds, perfect for a sweet treat.

- 395 g leite condensado (integral)
- 250 g chocolate branco caramelizado
- 100 g amêndoas (tostada e picada)
- 7 pieces caramelos
Instructions
- Line two 15x7cm or one 15x15cm pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang.
- Melt the white caramelized chocolate in the microwave at 50% power or in a double boiler. Set aside.
- In a tall glass bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel candies. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Mix well until caramel is melted and mixture is hot.
- Add melted white chocolate to the mixture, stir until smooth, then fold in toasted almonds.
- Pour into prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
