A creamy and crunchy white caramelized chocolate fudge with toasted almonds, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 395 g leite condensado (integral)
  • 250 g chocolate branco caramelizado
  • 100 g amêndoas (tostada e picada)
  • 7 pieces caramelos

Instructions 

  • Line two 15x7cm or one 15x15cm pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang.
  • Melt the white caramelized chocolate in the microwave at 50% power or in a double boiler. Set aside.
  • In a tall glass bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel candies. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  • Mix well until caramel is melted and mixture is hot.
  • Add melted white chocolate to the mixture, stir until smooth, then fold in toasted almonds.
  • Pour into prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
