  • 22 pieces bolachas de chocolate recheada (about 200g)
  • 0.25 cup água
  • 1.5 tablespoons açúcar cristal
  • 2 tablespoons manteiga com sal
  • 0.5 cup farinha de trigo
  • 1 unit ovo (batido)
  • as needed óleo vegetal (para fritar)
  • as needed Canela em pó (para polvilhar)
  • as needed Açúcar cristal (ou refinado polvilhar)

Instructions 

  • Separe o recheio dos biscoitos e reserve.
  • Triture os biscoitos até virar farinha fina e reserve.
  • Ferva água, açúcar e manteiga em fogo médio.
  • Adicione farinha e biscoito triturado, mexa imediatamente.
  • Cozinhe por 4-5 minutos, mexendo sempre.
  • Deixe esfriar por 2-3 minutos, depois adicione o ovo e misture bem.
  • Modele a massa em manga de confeitar com bico estrela ou pitanga.
  • Frite pedaços de 10cm a 175-180°C por 2-3 minutos, escorra em papel.
  • Com um canudo, perfure o centro do churros enquanto ainda estiver morno.
