Ingredients

Dough

  • 350 g Nutella (any hazelnut spread)
  • 2 pcs eggs (at room temperature)
  • 70 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g milk chocolate chips (optional)

Cheesecake Layer

  • 200 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 10 mL vanilla extract (or 1-2 mL essence)

Cherries

  • 70 g cherry in syrup (about 16 units, cut in half)
  • 100 g heavy cream (whipped to chantilly)
  • 50 g dark chocolate (ripped)
  • 9 pcs cherries in syrup (for decoration)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 8x8 inch pan with parchment.
  • Mix Nutella and eggs until smooth. Add flour and chocolate, mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour brownie batter into pan, then spread cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Swirl with a spoon to create marbling. Place halved cherries on top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool, then chill for 45 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and cherries for decoration.
